Do I have to eat the same amount of cups everyday?
No, not at all. The key is to try to average your cups eaten for the week based upon your AIM, This way you can enjoy special events, parties, etc.. without feeling like you are restricting your food. For example, if on Wednesday you plan to go to a party and the odds are that you will probably want to eat more than your AIM, then go ahead. However try to reduce your cups eaten by 1-2 for a couple of days before or even after your party.
