Who has endorsed the CUPS diet™?
Thank you for sharing the information about your CUPS diet with me. I had heard about it periodically since I started working at ORHC, but this is the first opportunity I have had to review the diet. I admire the repeated emphasis on portion control, and like how high calorie foods are simplified by “counting them twice.” I also like that fruit and vegetable consumption are promoted......This diet seems that it is a very practical and realistic tool for people to use for weight loss. Having reviewed the CUPS diet, I find it to be designed very well. It provides the motivation to stick to the plan through the choice of foods the client enjoys, and will not cost the user a fortune to maintain. The program allows for the sensible losing of weight, and when combined with exercise, will help tone the body as well.
